Air France

Speaker Biograghy: Samir has been Ready to Drop Project Manager for Air France since 2011, after holding several increasingly senior positions, including Manager of Health & Safety Programme and Manager of Maintenance & Runway Equipment. In his new position, he is responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by decreasing the waiting times at the airport and providing a better and thus clearer organisation; refocusing the activities with an offering of higher added-value services; deploying and realising the follow up of the implementation of innovation and performance tools, which requires reorganisation of the processing areas at the airport.
