Synopsis: In addition to increasing its aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues, an airport bears the responsibility of promoting the cultures of its region. How to promote passenger satisfaction, and consequently airport revenues, via the installation of business facilities that demonstrate the strength of the country’s diversified cultures becomes a crucial issue for airport managers.
