Synopsis: Travellers are increasingly connected throughout their journey, with airlines and airports now reaching out to their customers via their own devices with a range of travel-based offerings. Mobile and app-based platforms can now offer continuous, real-time insights into the customer experience. Through dynamic interactions with app or mobile platform setups, behavioural insights can be plotted to help content providers improve their offerings and services, at the same time creating insights into customers’ needs and the creation of products for them. Deeper research interaction can then be offered to the customer, creating a full portrait of their customer experience during their journey.
