Geneva Airport will share how it has approached these topics together with SWISS in a joint Seamless Passenger Programme. The showcase will go into the operational and IT challenges to incorporate self bag drop at Geneva Airport into a project to track passengers through the airport, gather airport-wide dashboard data and incorporate self bag drop with other self-service initiatives to ensure a fast and easy passenger journey.
