Speaker Biograghy:
Chris has been with Vancouver Airport Authority for the past 15 years and is currently responsible for positioning his airport’s BorderXpress technology as a worldwide leader in self-service border clearance solutions.
Prior airport experience included developing YVR’s commercial programme into one of the best-performing programmes in North America, delivering a customer experience that combines service excellence, operational efficiency, and robust marketing and promotional activities.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University.
