Speaker Biograghy: Paulo has 27 years of experience in the aviation business. He began his career as a technician in the Portuguese Air Force. In1990 he joined TAP Portugal and worked in several areas, including Ramp-side, Crew Planning, Crew Rostering, Flight Dispatch, Operations Control Centre and Hub Control Centre. In 2008 he joined Groundforce Portugal as General Operations Manager, where he is responsible for all Handling and Cargo Operations. Paulo has a degree in Aviation Business Management, and a post-graduate degree in Air Transport Operations Management.
