Speaker Biograghy: Jim's role is focused on defining the business strategy for the Aviation unit as well as defining the required product development. He is also involved in account management of Human Recognition Systems' larger airport clients and sales. Since joining HRS Jim has focused on the delivery of aviation-related products to the leading airports including London Gatwick, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, London City, Glasgow International, Belfast International and Liverpool John Lennon. Prior to joining HRS Jim spent 22 years working within the aviation industry in a range of technical and management roles, latterly as Group Security Risk and Identity Manager at the largest UK airports operator group, BAA.

Synopsis: The presentation will introduce the PACT ethos – the human recognition systems future vision for airports. Centred around mutual benefits for the passenger and the airport, we will outline why we believe the future for airports is to build a ‘picture’ of the passenger throughout their journey by leveraging existing and new technology platforms. We will show how the airports can extend their service to passengers outside the airport and improve the passenger experience through the entire passenger journey to increase efficiency and value.
