Speaker Biograghy: Stuart is an experienced director and airport manager. He was Planning Director and Chief Economist at BAA, and has been director of a number of overseas airports and Heathrow Express, and chaired the BAA pension fund. Currently he runs the partnership of Direct Infra and is Chairman of the port of Shoreham.
