Speaker Biograghy: Carlos is an airport and air navigation engineer and a certified PMP, with 20 years of experience in the field of airport planning, design and development. He has also carried out numerous studies on the aviation market, which provides him with a complementary vision from the side of the airline business. Therefore, both sides of the coin – the infrastructure and the business – are part of his comprehensive expertise. Since 2011 he has been the Project Manager for the development of Kuwait International Airport, assisting the Kuwaiti Directorate General of Civil Aviation in the implementation of the major expansion projects of the airport as proposed in the master plan.
