Speaker Biograghy: Ted has managed multiple airport projects in the Airport Planning Department at the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority since it was created in 2003. He managed the first-ever adopted airport master plan for San Diego International Airport, which included the 10-gate terminal expansion Green Build which completed construction in 2013, and the Regional Aviation Strategic Plan for San Diego County public-use airports in 2011. He is also responsible for the environmental and coastal review of proposed projects at San Diego International Airport.
