Speaker Biograghy: Jacques is an aeronautics and telecommunications engineer, who graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Constructions Aéronautiques and the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications. He also has a Master's degree from Stanford University (USA). In 1998 Jacques joined the Aéroports de Paris Group as Managing Director of ADP Management, the Aéroports de Paris subsidiary in charge of overseas airports investments and operation.
