Speaker Biograghy: Since graduating as an engineer, Daniel has spent his career as a System Designer and Project Manager for the realisation of large industrial facilities. He joined the AĆ©roports de Paris Group 20 years ago for the implementation of large terminal facilities at Orly and Roissy airports. He is currently Head of the Special Airport Systems Department at ADPI, the subsidiary of ADP Group specialised in the design and realisation of airports all over the world. Daniel has been personally involved in the design and realisation of multiple airport projects of very different sizes and features, from 1 MPax per year to more than 60 MPax per year, from simple O&D terminals to very large hubs airports. His experience covers all aspect of airport security systems and baggage handling systems

11:25 - 11:55 - Real-life tests of Standard 3 Security Process
Synopsis: Because the Std 3 security process will become the new standard for baggage screening in all European countries and many other airports in the world, ADP Group has conducted comprehensive tests of various systems in real-life environments in order to identify the design rules and guidelines for the implementation of these systems. The presentation will cover the methodology that has been used, the principles of the implementation and the lessons learned.
