Speaker Biograghy: Dr Nektarios Psycharis is Supervisor Business Intelligence within the IT&T Business Unit at Athens International Airport, Greece. He holds a BSc in Physics from Athens University, an MSc in Computational Physics from Durham University, UK, and a PhD in Computational Physics from Glasgow University, UK. Currently he leads the Business Intelligence team at Athens International Airport, where he has developed significant experience with business intelligence, requirements analysis and project management within an airport environment. Moreover, he has delivered a series of consulting services in a number of airports, including Warsaw, Budapest and Lisbon, acting as a senior consultant in the areas of IT&T strategy, IT&T architecture and IT&T programme management.

Passengers' data, while they travel within the airport environment, will be targeted, and a proposal will be made for how this information could be utilised to improve 'customer experience'.
