Speaker Biograghy: In 1992 Giorgio moved from the automotive industry to the airport world as Project Manager for airport systems in the Malpensa 2000 programme for the SEA Group (Milan Airports Managing Company). During his 20-year experience he has occupied many decision-making roles: Operation Manager at the launch of Malpensa’s new Terminal 1 in 1998, Airside Services Manager at SEA Handling, Company Management Director and now in his newest role as Customer Care Manager since 2009. In Giorgio’s current position, his aim is to reshape company culture by backing an innovative approach to customer relations and customer asset management.
