Synopsis: This presentation will cover the idea behind the federal disabilities acts and why systems might be penalised by the Justice Department or its respective federal organisations for not complying. The presentation will mention ways to apply for and receive appropriate funding for these solutions. They include audible announcements at stops and visual signage for the hard of hearing. It will also cover the compliant way to list information in a format that can be read by visually impaired people. Peter will also discuss the broader impact this can have on your business, and how following such acts can lead to a better business.
