Brian Engle, Director of Customer Service, Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, USA

Speaker Biograghy: Brian is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and holds a BSc in Aeronautical Studies and Airport Management. After nearly 24 years in the airline industry working for Northwest Airlines, Delta Air Lines, AirTran Airways and Southwest Airlines, Brian left Southwest to pursue a new career opportunity with the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and now holds the position of Director of Customer Service. In this new role, he will be responsible for promoting and leading all efforts to ensure excellent airport-wide customer service and position MCO in the future as a world-recognised leader in providing an exceptional customer experience. Brian has been a Co-Chairman for the Passenger Terminal CONFERENCE since 2007.
