14:00 - 14:15 - Future technology enhancing non-aeronautical revenue, operations and passenger experience
Synopsis: With technology changing so quickly, we explore the impact it will have on aviation over the next 10 years. We will address how airports can best use technology to improve passenger experience; how airports can capitalise on technology trends to increase non-aeronautical revenue generation; and how airports can reduce the cost of operations through the effective deployment of technology.
