Israel Airports Authority and Liacom researched the root causes of such project risks, and developed practical and effective methods to mitigate them. The presentation will introduce the general outline of the solution – principles, methodology, lifecycle and organisational structure. It will offer a case study of a complicated project that turned out to be a success story, and will detail the lessons learned.
