Aura Moore, Deputy Chief Information Officer, Los Angeles World Airports, USA

Speaker Biograghy: Aura is the Deputy Chief Information Officer for the Los Angeles World Airports and leads the Office of Airport Technology and Business Systems. She leads a programme of IT capital improvement and system development projects valued at approximately US$100m, as well as the operations and maintenance of the physical security, business and airport operational systems. Aura has received awards for demonstrating excellence in airport security project delivery, and has established an IT Project Management Office at LAX. She has been an invited guest speaker at the Civil Aviation Authority of China’s Executive Management Programme, as well as a panelist at the ACC/AAAE Airport Planning, Design and Construction Symposium. Aura received MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 1997. She is a Certified Member of the American Association of Airport Executives and a certified Project Management Professional.
