London City Airport

Speaker Biograghy: As Director of Process Improvement, Chris is responsible for the operational readiness, capacity assessments and operational strategy at London City Airport. Since setting up the department three years ago, Chris and his team have achieved great results: increasing capacity utilisation, manpower efficiencies and improving service levels for key operational areas from airspace to terminal. Chris's focus areas this year will be to execute the operational strategy, bridge knowledge and methodology from operational planning into other areas of the business, and the design of process flows through the airport's development plan.
