Speaker Biograghy: Steven is an internationally experienced Program Manager and has led multi-billion dollar construction programmes/projects in the Middle East, United Kingdom and USA. He is currently leading the multibillion-dollar International Terminal Redevelopment Program at Houston Intercontinental Airport. Prior to this Steven spent 10 years at Heathrow leading and delivering construction programmes and projects within the US$8.3bn Heathrow redevelopment, including being part of the new US$3.8bn Terminal 2 programme. Steven has also worked in the Middle East on multi-million-dollar projects as well as fulfilling operational roles.

Synopsis: Panel Chair: Jarrett Simmons, Assistant Airport Director, Houston Intercontinental Terminal Redevelopment Program, Houston Airport System, USA Unlike in many other parts for the world, terminal development programmes at US hub airports are usually managed through a collaboration between the hub airport owner (often a government entity), the hub airlines and a consultant(s). These entities must work together to achieve common goals while also trying to achieve different objectives. The members of the panel will discuss how they have worked together to achieve these goals. Case studies will be cited from Houston George Bush Intercontinental and Los Angeles International airports.
