Speaker Biograghy: Curtis is Chief Executive and founder of Modalis Infrastructure Partners, a strategic investment and professional services company specialising in multi-modal transport infrastructure privatisation, investment, development and operations. He has over 25 years' international executive-level experience in transportation operations, divestiture and privatisation, including airport and port facilities in Canada, as well as airports in Jamaica, Cyprus and Jordan. He has a proven track record in transitioning publicly owned/operated transport facilities to the private sector, with a focus on strategic infrastructure/capacity development, revenue enhancement, quality/safety management and service-level improvement. He is a startup, transition and turnaround specialist.
