Speaker Biograghy: Etienne joined SITA early 2015 as Senior Manager Airport Operations within the Airport Solutions Line of SITA for Europe/Russia region, and as SITA's global A-CDM specialist. His role is to business develop SITA's Airport Operations range of products and services, including AMS (AODB), A-CDM, resource management modules, plus airport BI, pax self-service, baggage and parking. Before joining SITA, Etienne founded e10CDM in 2013 to offer independent aviation consultancy in the area of airport operations management, A-CDM, TAM, runway capacity, SESAR etc. From 1997 until April 2013 he worked for Schiphol Group, mostly at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. He covered the full range of airport operations in various transversal projects and programmes He was A-CDM Program Manager and seconded to ACI Europe by Schiphol. Etienne holds an MSc in Aeronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and is member of ACI Europe committees on behalf of SITA.
