Speaker Biograghy: Graham is a former senior police officer with 30 years' experience, seven of which were spent working within the aviation security sector. During his police career, he was both a firearms and public order commander, and worked on the Olympic Games and Champions' League Final. He was also the lead hostage and crisis negotiator for the force and is a qualified barrister. He now works as the Head of Security Compliance at Stansted Airport, working very closely with the Department for Transport and Civil Aviation Authority. He is responsible for compliance and security policy across the airport.
