Maurice has been Director of Information Systems and Telecommunications for Miami/Dade Aviation Department for 25 years. He is responsible for defining and managing capital planning and investment management processes to ensure successful implementation and integration within the departmental budget, acquisition and planning methods. His strategic vision has led to the successful integration of new technology in the opening of the new South and North Terminals at Miami International Airport. He also implemented an area-wide marketing information service to hotels and convention centres using current flight information data from Miami International Airport. He is committed to providing the highest level of service governed by industry standards.
