Speaker Biograghy:
Andrew is the Head of Airport Operations Management at IATA, a team that manages baggage, data standards, A-CDM and airside safety and security among many other topics.
Andrew has a Batchelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and an MBA. He has worked in several areas of aviation from defence to customer services, and has been with IATA since 2005.
