Speaker Biograghy: Ong Chee Chiau is the Senior Vice President of Changi East T5 Planning. He is responsible for the development of masterplans for Changi East, a large-scale airport development programme that encompasses a third runway, cargo and logistics zone as well as Terminal 5 – Changi Airport's newest passenger terminal. He has over 15 years' extensive experience in the airport industry spanning masterplans, airport and airline operations, aviation security, capital development programmes and airport privatisations.
