Risk and Resilience

Speaker Biograghy: Rupert has been resolving disruptive challenges for over 30 years from the streets of Belfast to the Antarctic and on to the City of London. He uses his ‘in the trenches’ experience of leading and advising in tough commercial and physical environments to add insight and energy to those who are serious about ensuring the survivability of their organisations. Rupert served as an Infantry Officer during a first career that began in counter-terrorism and had many challenging encounters in some of the less glamorous parts of the world. The next phase of his career saw Rupert engage with the business of organisational effectiveness and more recently using his expertise to build organisations' capability in the areas of risk and resilience. Now he is a sought-after and trusted advisor to several ambitious organisations from family-owned SMEs to blue chip global corporations.
