Speaker Biograghy: Chulmin is a PhD candidate in Environmental Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the environmental engineering field and a Project Management Professional (PMP) in Project Management Institute (PMI). He has a wide variety of background and experience in environment management, and has worked as environmental manager at a shipbuilding company, and researcher in a research group. He currently he works at Incheon Airport as Environmental Senior Manager responsible for waste management. He is an instructor of the ICAO Train Air plus Course: Airport Carbon Management.
