Charles Sitkoff, Manager - Security Intelligence & Risk Assessment, Delta Air Lines, USA

Speaker Biograghy: Charles currently serves as manager of Delta Air Lines' security intelligence and risk assessment programmes, focusing on enhancing Delta's efforts to gain and assess intelligence regarding its worldwide network of flight operations as well as the continual development and implementation of a quantitative, data and intelligence-driven risk management programme to calculate where Delta faces the greatest security risks worldwide and allocate resources accordingly. Before joining Delta, Charles consulted a number of US Federal agencies and private companies on critical infrastructure protection and transportation security issues. He holds a Master's degree in International Security Studies from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
