Speaker Biograghy: Carl is the Head of Solution Design for Passenger Processing Services at Amadeus for Airport IT. He joined the team in 2013, bringing with him over 20 years' experience in the aviation industry. A native Australian, Carl began his career in the Royal Australian Air Force in 1983, where he spent 11 years. Since then he has worked in various roles in IT and aviation, including six years working with Qantas, as well as various other roles consulting to airports and airlines regarding their IT infrastructure throughout Australia. Before his most recent role, Carl was the Enterprise Architect at Brisbane Airport, where he helped define the IT strategy and technology roadmap. Carl moved to London in 2013, where he is now based at Heathrow.
