Speaker Biograghy: Newton De Souza is General Manager Customer Delivery & Transformation at Perth Airport. He has an in depth knowledge of the aviation industry following 14 years living in the USA and working for leading carriers American Airlines and Qantas in a range of senior management positions. Newton returned to his hometown of Perth in 2015 to be a part of the biggest transformation and redevelopment the city’s airport has ever seen. He is responsible for all terminal and landside operations as well as customer experience. He and his team are working to define the future state of one of the most geographically isolated major airports in the world. This includes new infrastructure, technology and a philosophy focused on world class service.
