Speaker Biograghy: Andrew is an expert in energy efficiency, low-carbon energy systems and EU energy policy such as the EU Energy Efficiency Directive and EU ETS. He has over 14 years' experience on energy policy projects worldwide. An accredited Energy Efficiency Directive Energy Auditor, Andrew has managed sustainable energy audits and projects on airports, retail, office and manufacturing sites. He is currently Associate Director within WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff's Sustainability & Energy team.
