Speaker Biograghy: Daniel joined the Miami-Dade Aviation Department in February 2014 as Assistant Director for Operations, responsible for overseeing the Terminal, Landside and Airside operation divisions at MIA as well as the county’s general aviation airports. These airports include a workforce of more than 350 MDAD employees. Daniel brings more than 25 years' airline experience, having held private-sector leadership positions at both MIA and New York’s JFK Airport in the areas of airport operations, cargo sales and cargo operations. Prior to joining MDAD, Daniel served as Director of Tower/Ramp Operations for American Airlines at MIA.
