Speaker Biograghy: Jean recently joined SICPA, a world leader in designing solutions for governments, companies and citizens to protect the integrity and value of their currency, personal identity, products and brands. Previously he was the Principal of JSCP, a consulting practice dedicated to logistics, travel and security. He joined IBM France after his PhD and spent 10 years in medical biophysics, first in R&D and next in the industry as European Product Manager. Jean then spent over 20 years with IER, in the design and marketing of secure access control and passenger automation equipment for the transportation industry. As ISO expert, he is an active member of ICAO’s NTWG and ICBWG, focusing on e-MRTDs, biometrics, ABC and integrated border management. He performed several TRIP assessment missions for ICAO overseas, and is an advisor for EU FP7 projects. He is a frequent speaker and moderator at various industry forums worldwide.
