Speaker Biograghy: Ryoichi is a specialist in corporate management and planning, and was engaged to formulate business strategies for Narita International Airport Corporation. Prior to assuming his current duties, he gained experience ranging from management to operations, including the Community and Environmental Affairs Department, Privatisation Office, IPO Planning Office and Corporate Planning Department. He also gained an MBA in 2006. Based on his knowledge of business management methods, he analysed airline and airport strategies and formulated the Mid-Term Management Plan of Narita International Airport. This experience formed the crucial foundation for formulating business strategies in the airport industry.
