Speaker Biograghy: Thomas is responsible for the development, realisation and implementation of innovative products and services in retail, F&B and customer services at Munich Airport. After completing his studies in International Business in London and Madrid, he joined Munich Airport as a Project Manager, working on projects such as the renewal of the airport's crisis management. Since 2013 he has been working for the new Innovation Management Department on a large variety of projects. His latest include the development of 360º views of the airport's terminal buildings for the general public and the introduction of SoundScapes at various touchpoints along the customer journey. Personal fact: Thomas enjoys reading and uses his free time to, among other things, go skiing and sailing.

Synopsis: Although setting up a travel blog would typically be the task of the Communications Department, Munich Airport went another way and had the Innovation Management implement this product. Travellers-Insight.com is our B-B content marketing tool to provide our customers and guests with inspiration for their travel planning. Our goal is to become one of the leading German travel blogs within the next two years by giving real and valuable insights, inspiring the reader and providing our airline partners with another marketing tool.
