Speaker Biograghy: Perfecto has 25 years' experience in aviation, and is recognised as an industry leader and expert. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a registered Texas Professional Engineer. He is currently serving a four-year term with the Texas State Board of Professional Engineers as a designee to the Industry and Governmental Advisory Committees. Perfecto sits on numerous technical and management committees and boards including the Transportation Research Board, Airports Council International – North America, Airport Consultants Council, American Association of Airport Executives, American Society of Civil Engineers and Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
