Speaker Biograghy: CF Booth has more than 30 years' experience in airport planning, design and programme management. He frequently provides his expertise on projects and studies requiring knowledge of airport design criteria and operations. Within the last five years he has led masterplans for Seattle-Tacoma – the fastest-growing airport in the United States– Bangalore (India), Guayaquil (Ecuador), Portland (Oregon) and Sacramento International Airports. CF managed a team of over a dozen planning, engineering and architectural firms in the development of a comprehensive airport masterplan for Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. He is also managing on-call aviation planning services for Portland International Airport and Los Angeles World Airports.

Synopsis: Seattle-Tacoma International Airport has recently completed one of the nation's first airport masterplans that fully integrates sustainability into the planning process. Sea-Tac Airport, the fastest-growing airport in North America, is faced with the challenge of meeting cargo and air transportation needs for the region, and doing so in the most sustainable manner practicable. Learn more about the approach to taken, the challenges faced, and the lessons learned on this groundbreaking airport masterplan. The airport will co-present with the consultant who prepared the Sustainable Airport Masterplan.
