Speaker Biograghy: Emma was appointed as EGM Airport Operations in October 2015. Prior to relocating to Australia in 2012, Emma held a number of senior management positions within BAA plc in London at Heathrow and Gatwick Airports, spanning a 20-year period. Emma is responsible for all aspects of airside safety, security and facilities management at the airport as well as the management of Parafield Airport. In addition, Emma coordinates the development of AAL’s strategy and leads process improvement and innovation initiatives across the business.
