Speaker Biograghy: Colleen is the Executive Director of Planning, Program Analysis and Evaluation in the Office of Field Operations at US Customs and Border Protection. Before assuming her position as Executive Director, she served as the Director of the Land Border Integration Program Management Office and also as the lead for the US-VISIT biometric transition into CBP. She has been the driving force behind several large-scale projects including the implementation of biometric enrolment at ports of entry and establishment of the cross-border national travel document standards for radio frequency identification technology. Colleen has served DHS, CBP and the Department of Justice with distinction, and has held a number of key positions since beginning her career over 26 years ago.
