Speaker Biograghy: Tara has worked for easyJet for seven years, joining directly from college. She began her easyJet career as cabin crew, holding the record for youngest cabin crew at the company's Luton base. Following the arrival of her daughter, Tara moved to easyJet's head office, managing leave allocation for 8,000 crew along with optimising the leave bidding system, before moving into Ground Operations earlier this year. Tara is the Ground Operations lead for all things technology and is very keen to see innovation make the customer journey easier. Tara is responsible for Push, Auto Bag Drop and the DCS platform along with working on the Airport of the Future. Personal fact: In her free time, Tara is a student mentor working with Women in Business supporting under-privileged female teens to help them achieve aspiration goals.
