Michele Miedico, Head of Planning and Compliance, Naples International Airport, Italy

Speaker Biograghy: Michele's primary responsibilities include the management of the planning and capacity assessment activities at Naples International Airport, as well as the whole compliance monitoring process according to the Reg. (UE) 139/14. He began his career in 1994 as an Architect with an independent firm, and his works include private housing as well as historical building restoration. In May 2000 he joined Naples International Airport as Airport Development Manager, and worked in close cooperation with the BAA planning and design group. His work background includes sound experience in all the airport regulation fields, including masterplanning and development as well as in operational management, cost evaluation and building procedures. He is also a member of the ICAO World Roster of Experts, an IATA Instructor and a Professor at the Parthenope University of Naples.
