Speaker Biograghy: Sara has spent the last 10 years at Gatwick Airport, helping to improve the passenger experience. Latterly, she has been focused on improving accessibility, with particular regard to hidden disabilities. Sara is working with various service providers, charities and support groups to help raise awareness regarding hidden disabilities. She understands that airports are confusing and complex places at the best of times, and aims to work with industry experts to understand how we can learn from them and utilise that knowledge to make air travel accessible for everyone.
