Speaker Biograghy:
Roberto has been a member of the UK Civil Aviation Authority Access to Air Travel Advisory Group since 2012. He provides consulting services to airlines, airports and PRM service providers across the world to improve access to air travel for people living with disabling conditions. In September 2017 Roberto was appointed Chair of the Heathrow Access Advisory Group (HAAG). He has been a member of the EasyJet Special Assistance Advisory Group (ESAAG) since 2012. He also chairs the PRMs and Ageing Population track at Passenger Terminal CONFERENCE.

Synopsis: A panel of practitioners who deal with air travellers with cognitive issues will discuss issues including autism, developmental disabilities, ADHD, dementia and PTSD.
