Speaker Biograghy:
Dr Mark Friesen is Founder and Managing Partner of Quinta Consulting, a Frankfurt-based consulting company focused on pricing. He advises companies on developing competitive pricing strategies, improving price setting and execution processes as well as implementing and monitoring new pricing instruments and tools. Dr Friesen has more than 10 years' consulting experience in the aviation and non-aviation industry. He holds a PhD in Pricing from the University of St. Gallen and graduated in Oestrich-Winkel, Chicago and Madrid. Mark is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a lecturer at several universities across Europe.
