Li San Poh, Vice President, T4 Programme Management Office, Changi Airport Group, Singapore

Speaker Biograghy: Li San is the Vice President (Terminal 4 Programme Management Office) of the Changi Airport Group. She has overseen the entire programme for the development of T4 from its early conceptualisation in 2012 through to its opening in October 2017. In particular, she has overseen the conceptualisation and design development; stakeholder engagement; schedule, budget, quality and risk management during the construction phase; and its art programme. Li San was Vice President (Budget Terminal) from 2010-2012, where she oversaw operations and maintenance of the terminal. She was instrumental in planning and executing its closure to make way for the construction of T4. Prior to joining Changi Airport Group, Li San began her career as a helicopter search and rescue pilot and military officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force for 16 years. She also served as the Aide-de-Camp to the President of the Republic of Singapore.
