Serge Yonke Nguewo, Senior Manager, Facilitation and IT, ACI World, Canada

Speaker Biograghy: Serge is responsible for overseeing all aspects of airport IT technology and the airport facilitation portfolio. In sum, he assists airports in using technology to improve the passenger process. He became Senior Manager, Facilitation and IT in April 2016. In his previous role as Manager Facilitation and Airport IT, he was responsible for promoting the ACRIS standard across the air transport industry and focused on the airport IT portfolio. Before joining ACI World, Serge worked for more than 12 years at Aéroports de Montreal, where he held various roles related to increasing the use of technology. His last position was Manager Passenger Systems at Montreal Airport, where he was responsible for improving passenger and baggage experience through process and technology as well the efficiency of the airport’s ground transportation process. Serge holds a Master's degree in Aviation and Transportation Studies from Lewis University
