Speaker Biograghy: Ronan is leading the total airport management programme at Dubai Airports. This involves the organisational redesign and training of the AOCC, planning and frontline teams, the ongoing rollout of a comprehensive operations data acquisition strategy, design-build and activation of a new Airport Operation Control Centre and delivery of new airport operating systems. He has previously delivered successful ORAT and technology projects at Mumbai, Dubai and Heathrow Airports.
