She is the author of the book 'How you manage your private economy on the internet' and has a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia: Education Technology. Synopsis: To develop new products and services we must be creative and brave enough to challenge the structure and look for new solutions and opportunities. The digital passenger is already here, and aviation is a digital business hugely reliant on new technology. The new society is an ecosystem where we are only one part in the travel chain. Together with our partners we are able to optimise the product for the final customer, and find new, profitable business models. We need to sort out how, when and if we should launch to keep pace with passengers’ digital and instant demands.
